Initiative, a word that hinders me.  I used to be a person with lotza initiative until i realised why am I the one who's always initiating.  I thought it was an effort that everybody should make, be it studies or friends relations; or even in the working society.  I experienced too much of unfairness in my life, and there comes a mindset of stop working hard.  Work hard and get nothing to be seen.

Here, there's a very important point to learn.  I've been observing almost everything around me, and I realised a very deep meaning of being self-disciplined.  Not working hard, was just an excuse to turn away from what we have to face in this world.  And it's an easy way out to be useless.  You may seen alot of people not working as hard, and they are getting more rewards than you do.  From this, everyone should keep reminding ourselves that; we may not see the fairness from the world, but God will definitely be the most fair God whom we can rely on.  The rewards from God may not be seen, but it will grow in us.

Almost all of us had been retreated utterly unfair before, but remember that God is always fair to us.  All we need is to believe, and have trust in him, even if we collapse, he will always be there to hold us up.

*Have Faith in him*“This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.” 1 John 5:4
